We are looking for a New Project Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing planning and production line development for new projects. This role involves production layout design, equipment planning, capacity analysis, and production readiness to ensure successful project implementation and efficient manufacturing operations.

What You'll Be Doing 工作职责

1. Responsible for manufacturing planning and production line development for new projects, including process flow design, production layouts, and workstation planning.
   负责新项目制造规划及产线建设，包括工艺流程设计、生产布局及工位规划。

2. Develop and optimize production line layouts, equipment arrangements, workstation configurations, and overall manufacturing processes.
   负责生产线布局、设备配置、工位设置及整体制造流程的规划与优化。

3. Conduct capacity analysis, takt time calculations, line balancing, and manpower planning to meet project production targets.
   根据项目生产目标，开展产能分析、生产节拍计算、线平衡及人员配置规划。

4. Participate in equipment selection, tooling and fixture planning, technical evaluation, and equipment installation coordination.
   参与设备选型、工装夹具规划、技术评估及设备安装协调工作。

5. Support new production line installation, equipment commissioning, trial production, and Start of Production (SOP) activities.
   推进新产线安装、设备调试、试生产及量产启动等相关工作。

6. Plan and optimize material flow, line-side logistics, and production space utilization to improve manufacturing efficiency.
   负责物料流转、线边物流及生产空间利用规划，提高制造运营效率。

7. Identify production bottlenecks and continuously improve production processes, line efficiency, product quality, and manufacturing costs.
   分析生产瓶颈，持续优化制造流程、产线效率、产品质量及制造成本。

8. Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, Equipment, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure successful project implementation and production readiness.
   协调生产、工艺、设备、质量及物流等部门，确保项目顺利实施并满足量产准备要求。

What You'll Need 任职要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
   本科及以上学历，机械工程、工业工程、车辆工程、制造工程、自动化等相关专业。

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, preferably in vehicle assembly manufacturing, production line planning, or new manufacturing project development.
   具有3年以上汽车制造行业相关工作经验，有整车装配制造、产线规划或新制造项目建设经验者优先。

3. Experience in new factory planning, production line layout design, equipment introduction, or new production line development is highly preferred.
   具有新工厂规划、产线布局设计、设备导入或新产线建设经验者优先。

4. Familiar with manufacturing processes, production line layout, workstation design, capacity planning, takt time analysis, and line balancing.
   熟悉制造工艺流程、产线布局、工位设计、产能规划、生产节拍分析及线平衡。

5. Proficient in AutoCAD or other engineering design software, with the ability to prepare production line layouts and technical planning proposals.
   熟练使用AutoCAD等工程设计软件，具备产线布局设计及技术规划方案制定能力。

6. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, equipment planning, tooling and fixtures, material flow optimization, and production efficiency improvement.
   了解精益生产、设备规划、工装夹具、物流优化及生产效率改善方法。

7. Strong project management, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
   具备良好的项目管理、问题解决、沟通及跨部门协调能力。

8. Chinese nationals who are willing to work in Thailand. Overseas manufacturing project experience is an advantage.
   中国籍，能够接受在泰国工作安排，具有海外制造项目经验者优先。
