New Sales BDC Representative
Schedule: Monday 10AM-6PM, Tuesday 12PM-8PM, Friday 10AM-6PM, Saturday 12PM-8PM, Sunday 10AM-8PM
Compensation: $50,000-$100,000, Hourly + Commission
Summary: As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for potential customers who have shown interest in purchasing vehicles from the dealership. You will engage with leads generated through various marketing efforts, such as website inquiries, social media, and promotional events, with the goal of converting them into showroom visits and vehicle sales. Overall, the role of a BDC Sales Representative is critical in driving sales success for the dealership by effectively engaging with leads, nurturing customer relationships, and ultimately facilitating vehicle sales transactions.

Duties:
- Lead Engagement: Initiate contact with leads promptly upon receipt of inquiries via phone calls, emails, and text messages. Establish rapport, gather information about their needs and preferences, and educate them about available vehicle options.
- Follow-up: Implement a structured follow-up process to maintain communication with leads throughout the sales cycle. Address any questions or concerns they may have, provide additional information as needed, and schedule appointments for test drives or showroom visits.
- Appointment Setting: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments for interested leads to meet with sales representatives or visit the dealership for further discussions and vehicle demonstrations.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with leads in the dealership's CRM system. Ensure that lead information, communication history, and appointment schedules are documented for reference and tracking purposes.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate a smooth transition of leads from the BDC to the showroom floor. Provide necessary support and assistance to sales representatives during the sales process, including facilitating negotiations and addressing customer concerns.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion, appointment setting, and sales targets. Regularly review performance metrics and participate in training sessions or coaching opportunities to improve sales skills and techniques.
