Salary: $48,000 – $63,000+ per year (based on experience)

Anti-Pesto is seeking a highly motivated and skilled New Start Technician to join our growing team in the Winter Haven/Auburndale area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong desire to start a career in the pest control industry. Candidates must possess a strong work history and demonstrated work ethic who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest issues and develop effective treatment plans
- Safely and accurately apply pesticides and pest control solutions
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and materials used
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Ensure company vehicle and equipment are clean, maintained, and fully stocked
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift (approximately 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
- No nights, no weekends
