Summary
Stock and arrange tech products in a retail store, assist customers, and maintain in-store presentation standards.
As a Merchandise Team Member, you will have the opportunity to deliver effective and efficient merchandising activities, ensuring compliance to core policy and procedures, including:
- Maintaining product replenishment and merchandising (point of sale placement) across the store as required
- Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience to the highest standards through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation
- Working collaboratively as part of a team in delivering a positive experience for both instore and online customers and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required
- Assist with customer service requirements including counter duties as required
