Total Compensation Package
- Salary: $85,000 to 95,000
- Bonus: 5% of Salary paid Annual depending on Company Performanc
- Phone/Internet Allowance: $80.00
- Paid Time Off: 3 weeks
- Benefits Coverage by Employer at 65% to 80% depending on selections
Job Summary and Objective
The New Unit Development Analyst will provide analysis and support of company activities in the areas of new unit development, new unit operational financial and non-financial performance, and mergers & acquisitions. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader development, operations, and financial teams to drive profitable new unit growth and improve the organization’s business results. This role will report to the Director of New Growth Strategies, and will be responsible for financial modeling, reporting, and analysis to support leadership planning, execution, and decision-making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Support the creation and maintenance of standardized KPIs (e.g. membership milestones, cancel rate, product mix levels) and financial measures (e.g., P&L benchmarks, economies of scale, etc.) to evaluate and optimize new unit performance
- Support pre- and post-opening financial modeling, reporting and analysis, including trend analysis and appropriate data visualizations to “tell the story” of new unit performance
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable, reporting and analytics solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting outputs.
- Provide ongoing reporting and analytical support for planning and forecasting cycles.
- Assist Chief Strategy Officer and Director of New Growth Strategies to evaluate potential new sites using real estate analytics tools such as Tango and other analytic software
- Support review and development of presentation material for executive meetings.
- Manage pipeline of new development projects, track progress of project plans, follow-up with team members on status, action items, key milestones, etc.
- Work closely with Development and Construction stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs, and to identify opportunities for improved processes, insights, and decision-making.
- Support ad hoc analysis on newly opened units to identify root causes of issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities for solutions (including automation) to drive cost savings and/or performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, and Human Resources) to align reporting and metrics
- Identify and implement AI use cases (e.g., forecasting, segmentation, anomaly detection)
- Collaborate to deploy predictive and prescriptive models
- Evaluate and integrate AI tools to automate reporting and operational workflows
- Develop data pipelines and workflows that support AI-driven decision-making (e.g., Power Automate)
