NEW VEHICLE SALES MANAGER – JOHANNESBURG
Our client, an established franchised motor dealership in Johannesburg, is seeking an experienced and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager with a proven track record in dealership sales management.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen and a consistent track record of achieving sales targets, driving profitability and developing successful sales teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a franchised motor dealership.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing a vehicle sales team.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, stock management, gross profit and sales KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong commercial and financial management skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
