You will join our Projects team as an NQ Solicitor, advising on non-contentious construction matters across major public sector projects. You will support complex, high-value work while developing specialist expertise and collaborating across teams.
The Construction & Infrastructure team, work closely with procurement, commercial and dispute teams on projects spanning local government and housing sectors.
- Advise on non-contentious construction and infrastructure projects
- Draft and negotiate construction contracts
- Support large-scale public sector developments and funding matters
- Collaborate with wider Projects and dispute teams
- Assist with procurement and project delivery advice
- Qualified solicitor (NQ level)
- Strong interest in construction and projects law
- Drafting and negotiation skills
- Collaborative and team-focused approach
- Commercial awareness within public sector contexts
- Birmingham, located roles, we have a newly refurbished office in the City centre with an on-site café and free use of Gym facilities
- For Manchester vacancies, we have a City Central site, with newly refurbished facilities
