What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in English plus one of the listed languages.
  
  
• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in virtual customer service.
  
  
• Ideally, experience across multiple channels: voice, email, and live chat.
  
  
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
