NFS Food Lab Assistant #Redhill

Working hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
• Fridays: 7:30 am to 1:30 pm

Key Roles

• Be present in the Teacher's Prep Room and food labs during working hours.

• Order food ingredients before lessons.

• Prepare ingredients before lessons, ensuring food safety.

• Maintain cleanliness of utensils, equipment, and food lab areas.

• Handle inventory and stock-taking of resources.

• Assist teachers during practical sessions (ensure safety, guide students).

• Admin – check/file invoices and track ingredient costs.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Primary 6 education.

• Good knowledge of food ingredients and preparation.

• Preferably Basic Food Hygiene Course certified.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
