Job Description
- Prepare ingredient trays for NFS practical lessons and examinations
- Maintain cleanliness of two NFS kitchens, including cooking areas, tables, sinks and waste bins
- Assist with ordering food, kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies
- Monitor ingredient stock and expiry dates
- Clean refrigerators twice a year
- Wash and fold kitchen towels and aprons
- Report kitchen defects to the Operations Manager
- Perform other duties assigned by the school management
- No service required during specified school holiday periods, unless requested by the school
- Simple English communication and cooking skills preferred
- Insurance coverage will be provided by the awarded contractor
Requirements
- Preferably at least secondary education
- Preferably 1 year of experience as an FCE Kitchen Assistant in a secondary school
