About us

This role is responsible for overseeing the transportation, delivery, dock management, and distribution under retail and FMCG operations to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods while maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Performs order validation and screening
• Monitors daily logistics and transportation operations
• Coordinate with suppliers, truckers, warehouse teams, and customers
• Ensure on-time delivery and dispatch of shipments
• Track deliveries and resolve operational issues or delays
• Prepare logistics reports, documentation, and billing records
• Monitor fleet utilization, routing, and delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Handle incident reporting, escalations, and corrective actions (CAPA/IR)
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
• Coordinate with internal departments for operational requirements
• Support cost optimization and process improvement initiatives
• Monitor KPI performance such as fleet support, delivery success rate, turnaround time, and POD compliance

Requirements

• College Graduate, preferably with a bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Logistics
• Knowledgeable in dispatching, fleet management, and delivery operations
• Very good communication skills and can express himself/herself clearly
• Strong coordination and collaborative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Experience using TMS, WMS, or other logistics systems is an advantage
• Ability to analyze operational issues and provide immediate solutions
• Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
• Willing to work flexible hours and travel when necessary
