- Work directly with Yahoo! JAPAN team (technical leaders, designers, engineers…) to figure out user’s needs, problems, and expectations; to contribute ideas solutions as well as to realize/ resolve them.
- Deliver outputs with expected quality, speed, and compliance in order to bring the best values to the product/service’s end users
- Mentor or coach junior members if needed to achieve a certain level of competency or performance to meet the project’s objectives
Requirement
Web Design
- Have 4-year experience in front-end design
- Experience using JADE, SASS/SCSS
- Solid experience in front-end development: HTML5/CSS3; JavaScript client such as jQuery, Local Storage; ReactJS; Redux, Redux-observable
- Experience with NextJS is a plus
- Good problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
- Can proactively learn and gain necessary skills for existing or future project
- Reading and writing in English fluently
- Reading and writing in Japanese is a big plus
