What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor technicians on job sites

Deliver high-quality cabinet and surface refinishing

Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients

Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards

Maintain tools, equipment, and materials

Represent Nhance with professionalism and integrity
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience in refinishing, painting, construction, carpentry, or skilled trades preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Leadership mindset — ability to guide and support others

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
