Work that supports independence
Provide nonmedical home and community support to adults. Help clients build everyday skills while respecting their choices and dignity.
What you will do
• Assist with personal hygiene, food preparation, transportation, and daily documentation.
• Support safety, organization, and daily routines.
• Support clients with nonmedical activities in their assigned support plans.
• Provide medication reminders as assigned.
• Encourage social activities and help build social skills.
• Support employment goals and everyday money-management skills as assigned.
Scheduling

What you need
• One to three years of healthcare experience.
• Experience helping people recovering from strokes, concussions, or brain injuries in community settings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Smartphone and tablet skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules and at different sites or programs as needed.
• Background check and drug testing before hire; regular drug screening is also listed.
