Job Description
What your workday looks like...
- You ensure not just satisfied, but enthusiastic guests at the reception
- You are available as a point of contact for all guest needs
- You are a host with passion
- You love being the first point of contact for guests
- You create statistics & reports
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume...
- Training in the hotel industry is an advantage
- Initial experience in reception service is desirable
- Communicating with guests is exactly your thing
- Preferably, you already have the necessary know-how to provide genuine Hamburg insider tips
- You have the ability to inspire not only guests but also colleagues
