Night Auditor (The Westin Dragonara Resort)
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Night Auditor, the candidate will oversee the nightly operations of Front Office and Night Staff. Act as contact person for guest and other hotel departments during night shift.
• Delegates, trains, motivates and directs associates whilst promoting a harmonious working relationship environment.
• Schedules meals and breaks for associates to ensure smooth running of Front Office.
• Perform Duties of Front Desk Agents if required
• Gives special attention to new associates to acquaint them quickly with the position, fellow associates, procedures and standards.
• Ensure all reports have been done correctly and distributed
• Perform Night Audit Procedures as required by the company
Check Rate Change Report of In-house Guests
• Go through the Credit Risk In-house Guests
• Check Hotel’s incoming e-mails and distribute accordingly
• Check In-house Groups Paymaster
• Perform any late charge Letters
• Delegate any necessary workload to Front Office Agents in preparation for the next days arrivals
• Keeps the Front Office Manager fully informed at all times as to the activities, progress and problems within the department.
