Night Cleaner

Night Cleaner, Full-Time | Plano, TX | Starting at $18/hr
DNC Facility Services has cleaned commercial buildings in Texas since 1982. We’re building a new night crew for a brand-new medical office building in Plano opening this November.
Openings, Monday–Friday:
- Night Cleaner (4): 6:00 p.m.–1:00 a.m. You get one assigned zone and you clean it every night: exam rooms, offices, restrooms, and clinical areas.
- Floor Technician (1): 6:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m. You autoscrub all hallways nightly, handle scheduled floor care, and cover absences. Autoscrubber or burnisher experience preferred.
Why this job is different: These are real 7-hour shifts, not 2- or 3-hour pieces. You work the same zone every night, so it becomes yours. Many of our leads started as cleaners.

What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and on time
- Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures in a medical building
- Coachable
- Must pass a background check, drug screen, employment eligibility verification, and reference checks
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
