Night Club Manager

Job description

The Nightclub Manager will manage the daily commercial and operational activities of the nightclub.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of the nightclub, entertainment areas and customer-service sections.
• Plan weekly entertainment schedules, themed events and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with DJs, performers, entertainers, event organisers and external contractors.
• Supervise guest relations, floor operations, security coordination and closing procedures.
• Monitor attendance, daily revenue, operating expenses and event profitability.
• Implement customer-service, crowd-management and incident-reporting procedures.
• Manage employee deployment, performance, training and service standards.
• Coordinate private functions, corporate events and special entertainment programmes.
• Review customer feedback and recommend improvements to the venue’s services.
• Ensure the nightclub follows applicable licensing, safety and operational requirements.
• Submit operational and performance reports to the General Manager or Director.
