Night Concierge

About the role

At HM Hotels, a Mallorcan hotel chain with 23 establishments in Mallorca, Tenerife, Dominican Republic, and Mexico, we are looking for a night concierge for one of our 4* hotels located in Playa de Palma.

What you'll do

• Performing check-in and check-out.
• Customer service and assistance both in person, as well as by telephone or email.
• Incident management and follow-up of requests.
• Control and supervision of access to the establishment, general surveillance of the facilities, and communication of incidents. Opening and closing of access points according to established schedules.
• Coordination with maintenance companies and external services when necessary.
• Performing small support tasks and monitoring in common areas.
• Other tasks inherent to the position.

What we're looking for

• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience as a concierge, receptionist, or similar.
• Basic IT skills (email, messaging applications, and basic office software).
• Spanish and English.
• Valid work permit.

What you'll get

• Immediate start.
• Permanent discontinuous contract.
• Full-time 40-hour week, on the night shift from 23:00 to 07:00.
• Two rest days per week.

Minimum requirements

We will positively value knowledge of the German language, experience with the Timón Hotels operating system, knowledge of the Playa de Palma area, good communication skills and proactivity in incident resolution, ability to work in a team and a vocation for service, and training in first aid or security.
