Night Custodial Supervisor

Position Objective:
- Responsible for supervising custodial workforce in assigned building and providing all students, and the community at large, with a safe, secure, clean, attractive, comfortable and efficient environment in which to learn and develop.
Major Areas of Accountability
- Supervise daily work of custodians
- Inspect all assigned areas daily to ensure work is being carried out properly and orderly
- Lead other custodians in the performance of their jobs
- Evaluate performance of custodial personnel
- Perform duties without daily direct supervision
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment
- Skills in the use of equipment used in routine cleaning
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred with:
- Three (3) years of custodial supervisory experienced preferred
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Minimum of two years prior experience as a custodian
Benefits: Eligible
Work Calendar:12 months
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
Base Rate: $23.86
Schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
