As a Night In-Room Dining Supervisor at Cambridge House, you will be helping oversee the rhythm of our overnight service. With an instinct for anticipating needs and a passion for exceptional dining, you will ensure that every order arrives beautifully presented, every request is handled with care and every guest feels taken care of, whatever the hour. This is an opportunity to help shape the overnight dining experience of London’s most anticipated hotel opening, where the smallest details make the greatest difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth running of overnight in-room dining, ensuring every order is delivered promptly and to the highest standards of presentation.

  • Support and guide team members throughout the night, creating a collaborative environment where exceptional service comes naturally.

  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen and wider Cambridge House team to ensure accurate orders, clear communication and seamless service.

  • Take ownership of guest requests, responding with warmth, sound judgement and a genuine desire to exceed expectations.

  • Ensure guest preferences, dietary requirements and allergens are communicated accurately and handled with the utmost care.

  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, stock rotation and cleanliness throughout the service and associated storage areas.

  • Oversee order taking, billing accuracy, and service readiness, ensuring the team is prepared for both anticipated and unexpected requests.

  • Complete handovers, maintain accurate records and communicate relevant guest feedback and operational matters to the wider team.

  • Monitor stock levels, minimise wastage and ensure all service equipment and supplies are maintained to the required standard.

  • Previous experience in In-Room Dining in a luxury hospitality environment, ideally with supervisory responsibility.

  • The ability to support and motivate team members, leading by example and maintaining high standards during overnight service.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to remain composed and resourceful when priorities change.

  • A sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, allergen management and responsible food handling.

  • Confidence with POS systems, order management and service procedures, with a keen eye for accuracy.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
