Night Manager

Lead and motivate the Night Reception team, assigning duties and ensuring service standards are consistently met. Oversee the overnight operation, including late arrivals, early departures, the end-of-day process, and account reconciliation. Handle guest complaints and carry out service recovery actions to ensure guest satisfaction. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, and Maintenance departments; act as the Manager on Duty in the event of incidents, medical emergencies, or security issues. Maintain thorough knowledge of rates, availability, deposits, guarantee and no-show policies, and the guest history system. Monitor costs, legal compliance, and LQA standards, and prepare the daily report and shift handover for the Rooms Division management team.
