About the Role
YellowDoor Hotels is hiring a Night Manager to take full ownership of the hotel's overnight operations.
The successful candidate will ensure that service, financial, operational, and safety standards remain at the same high level throughout the night as they are during the daytime.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel and restaurant operations from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Supervise 3–10 night-shift staff across front office, restaurant, and security.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, escalating only genuine emergencies.
- Ensure smooth and efficient overnight operations.
- Maintain service, financial, and safety standards throughout the night.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night shifts.
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage hotel operations effectively under pressure.
