Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Night Custodian to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility. The Night Custodian will ensure that our facility remains a welcoming and sanitary space for visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including:
  • Vacuuming all carpeted areas
  • Sweeping and mopping all hard-surfaced flooring
  • Dusting all surfaces, including office desks, counters, and windowsills
• Collect, empty, and properly dispose of trash and waste from building according to established guidelines.
• Cleaning of bathroom toilets, floors, counters, sinks, and mirrors.
• Monitoring and replenishing bathroom supplies as needed.
• Cleaning of building windows, both inside and outside.
• Cleaning of breakrooms and kitchen, including microwaves, counters, tables, chairs, and floor surfaces.
• Other tasks and projects to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the facility as requested by the customer and/or Advanced, Inc. team.
• Report any security, safety, supply, or building maintenance issues to supervisor.
