About the role

We are looking for a Night Receptionist for our 4* located in Ávila.

What you'll do

• Management of room reservations.

• Optimization of resources with the aim of offering the best quality in customer service.

• Guest check-in and check-out.

• Telephone assistance and reservation management.

• Offering excellent customer service.

What we're looking for

• Studies in tourism.

• Experience in hotels of a similar category.

• High level of English and a second language is valued.

• Availability to work the night shift.
