Night Residential Care Worker

📍 Location: Compassvale Bow, Singapore
💰 Salary: $2,400 – $2,700 + Shift Allowance
🕒 Work Schedule: 4 Days Work Week (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of residents during night shifts
• Monitor residents’ activities within the residential facility
• Provide support to residents’ welfare and daily routines
• Respond to incidents and emergencies according to established procedures
• Maintain documentation and incident reports when required
• Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain a safe environment

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification in social services, psychology, counselling, or related fields is an advantage
• Relevant experience in community or residential care settings is preferred
• Able to work night shifts and rotating schedules
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible and able to work as part of a team
