  • Providing in-home or inpatient nursing visits as needed
  • Delivering symptom management, pain control, and crisis intervention
  • Supporting families through end-of-life care and education
  • Pronouncing time of death and providing post-mortem care with dignity and compassion

You’ll be part of a mission-driven team that values:

  • Compassion-first care
  • Clinical excellence
  • Strong teamwork and communication
  • A culture that values both heart and professionalism

This role is ideal for nurses who are confident, independent, and deeply committed to delivering exceptional hospice care.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the State of Texas
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
  • Hospice, home health, or critical care experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
  • Strong triage, communication, and crisis management skills
