Night Security

The Night Security position is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of Border Paving Ltd.'s facilities, equipment and property after hours. We are looking for a dependable and observant individual who is comfortable working independently and able to respond calmly and professionally to unexpected situations.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the yards, buildings and equipment storage areas
• Monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious activity and safety concerns
• Secure gates, buildings, and equipment as required
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies and notify management as required
• Maintain accurate logs of nightly activity and report any concerns
• Work with law enforcement or emergency services when required
• Perform other duties to support site security

Qualifications

• Previous security or related experience is an asset
• Ability to work independently and use sound judgement
• Strong observation and reporting skills
• Dependable, punctual with a commitment to safety
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
