We are hiring Class A CDL drivers in Smyrna, Tennessee, for a dedicated customer account. Choose an overnight shift, haul no-touch freight, and enjoy daily home time with competitive pay and a quarterly loyalty bonus.

Pay & Earning Potential

• P.M. shifts: Average $100,000 per year
• Guaranteed rate: $1,134.25 per week
• Starting pay: $0.59 per mile plus $16.25 per stop or drop-and-hook
• A.M. shifts: Average $65,000 per year, guaranteed $998 per week, and $24.96 per hour
• Paid weekly

Quarterly Loyalty Bonus

• 0–2 years of service: $0.01 per mile
• 2–5 years: $0.02 per mile
• 5+ years: $0.03 per mile

Schedule & Home Time

• Home daily
• Five-day workweek
• Two consecutive days off: Tuesday and Wednesday
• Weekend work required
• Current openings are for P.M./night shifts starting between 8 PM and midnight
• Shifts average approximately 14 hours
• Operation runs 24/7

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
