[Night shift] MNC Technician - up $4500! (PERM)
Work hours: Permanent night shift, Candidates must be comfortable with 12-hour rotating shift:
Shift pattern:
- Work 3 Days → Off 2 Days
- Work 2 Days → Off 3 Days (3-2-2-3 pattern)
Shift Timing: (Break time: 45 minutes meal break (unpaid) and a 30 minutes rest break (paid))
Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:45 AM
Responsibilities
- Conduct process setup and buyoff for Drive Backend Assembly to achieve target yield, cycle time, and quality
- Oversee product ID label buyoff to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards
- Monitor production yield, identify discrepancies, perform process mapping, and implement immediate containment measures
- Analyze data queries to provide actionable insights for engineering teams
- Manage key operational variables to maintain sustainable and controlled processes
- Collaborate with engineers to meet production goals while upholding quality standards
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency sustainably
- Undertake additional tasks to support team and organizational objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing processes, especially process setup, buyoff, and mapping
- Experience in failure analysis
- Strong data querying and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude
- Resilience, adaptability, and eagerness to tackle challenging assignments
- Open-minded approach with a consistently positive work attitude
