Night Shift Warehouse

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour


Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

Participate in the selection process of merchandise by customer order

- Records start time and completion time of each batch of orders being selected

- Attach labels to corresponding items being ordered for proper loading onto truck

- Records all no-stock items on labels to insure deletion from customer invoice

- Performs let down of storage merchandise(If certified on machinery) or notifies other certified member of night crew to perform let downs and records that let down was required

- Transport complete order to either checking area or staging area to then be loaded onto the trucks

Performs checking procedure, when designated, to insure merchandise selection matches with customer order

- Verify that items pulled match labels and makes correction of items when necessary

- Verifies total case count matches label sheets

- Perform integration of merchandise from the setup aisles to insure that they are placed with the proper order and loaded on the proper truck

- Records check weights for product that are so designated

- Insures proper packaging of broken case items for safe transport on delivery

Loads merchandise onto designated truck in proper stop sequence

Operates machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Proper maintenance of assigned areas

- Insures that work area is neat, clean, and orderly

- Returns machinery and equipment to staging area for next shift use

Performs any additional responsibilities and duties as assigned
