Night Warehouse Replenishment Worker

Job Summary

A&L Foods is seeking a dependable and motivated Night Warehouse Replenishment Worker to support our warehouse operations. This position is responsible for maintaining inventory levels in pick locations, restocking products, and ensuring our warehouse remains organized and ready for efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will work safely, accurately, and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

• Replenish picking locations by retrieving products from storage areas.
• Transport products safely using manual, electric, or rider pallet jacks.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and stored in designated locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Report damaged products, inventory concerns, and equipment issues promptly.
• Assist with receiving, order picking, packing, and other warehouse functions as needed.
• Remove and dispose of cardboard, shrink wrap, and other warehouse waste daily.
• Meet established productivity and performance goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, replenishment, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience operating pallet jacks (manual, electric, or rider) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of kosher standards is a plus but not required (training provided).

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Regular lifting, carrying, and moving of products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments, including refrigerated and freezer areas.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Fast-paced warehouse environment with productivity expectations.
