Your Main Focus:

• • Supervising a staff of up to 50 individuals, including Forklift operators, Order builders, and Checkers, to maintain productivity levels.
  • Overseeing the loading of trucks to ensure the accuracy of pallets.
  • Assisting Manager and Assistant Manager in monitoring and execution of scale and layer pick processes
  • Maintaining a safe operating environment for all warehouse crew, ensuring that safety standards and protocols are enforced.
  • Ensuring pick lines are properly replenished as needed.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
  • Accurately send/receive transfers to and from other warehouses
  • Maintaining the FIFO pipeline.
  • Assist in the training and development of new employees.
  • Ensuring that staff complete training requirements.

Position Requirements:

• Monday through Friday, 6 PM start time.
• GED at minimum. Associate degree preferred.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
• 1-2 years of warehousing and distribution experience in a high-volume environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Continuous desire to improve.
• Has experience in operating a forklift.
• Must be willing and able to work nights.
• Familiarity and comfort level with warehousing technology. EoStar and Vocalect a plus.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word. Advanced skills a plus.
• Understands the concept of FIFO and has slotting experience.
• Experience working with a unionized crew.
