Night Fabric Engineer/Handy Person
Join a boutique FM company as a mobile handyperson/fabric engineer in Central London.
- Monday - Friday 8pm - 5am
- £40,000 - £45,000 + van + Fuel Card
- Mobile contract covering sites across Zones 1 & 2
- Commercial Office Spaces
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact during the night for building reactives & contractors
- Carpentry - Door hanging
- Assembling furniture
- Plumbing
- Drainage & flushing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting & Plastering
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
- Basic electrical - lamp changes, sockets
Requirements:
- Experience as a building services fabricengineer/handyperson in a commercial setting
- Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ in any trade
- Full drivers license
