Nissan Lot attendant

Peters of Nashua is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Sales Lot Attendant to support daily dealership operations. This role is essential to maintaining an organized, customer ready sales environment and ensuring smooth vehicle flow throughout the property.

Lot Organization & Presentation

• Maintain a positive, friendly, and cooperative attitude with customers and staff
• Keep new car rows straight and organized by model and age each morning using inventory sheets
• Maintain organized used car rows daily and report any vehicle issues such as low tire pressure, rusty rotors, or interior odors
• Walk the lot daily to ensure a clean, professional appearance, including picking up trash and emptying ash trays
• Keep the showroom stocked with new and certified vehicles, ensuring all display units have proper plate plaques, frames, and stickers

Vehicle Preparation & Stock In

• Clean or vacuum new and used vehicles when excessively dirty
• Inspect all new car truck deliveries for damage or missing items; document findings with the delivery driver and notify management immediately
• Gas, fuse, tag, and stock in all new vehicles promptly, then park them in the designated row (available or sold)
• Enter keys into the key vault immediately after stock in and notify the service advisor that keys are ready for PDI
• Remove other dealership stickers and plate frames from swap in vehicles and park them in the correct area
• Move excess new inventory to the Beach Club Lot, organized from newest to oldest

General Support

• Assist with dealership swaps when driving is needed
• Support the used car department as needed, including body shop runs and auction runs
• Update the reader board monthly with manager provided specials
• Be prepared for snow team duties with appropriate clothing and organize inventory for snow removal the day prior
• Clock in and out on time for every shift, including lunch breaks
