Discussion

Description

Regional Delivery Driver | Phoenix Area | ~$1,500/Week | Home Every Week | Trainees Welcome

Early store deliveries, roll carts doing the heavy lifting, and a trip home every single week. This dedicated regional run out of Phoenix pays about $1,500 a week, and new CDL grads are welcome to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

- Average about $1,500 a week, roughly $78,000 a year which is paid weekly

- $0.60 to $0.62 per mile, depending on your experience

- $100 for every unload

- $25 for every stop

WHERE YOU'LL RUN

Regional routes out of Phoenix, reaching San Diego, Las Vegas, Utah and spots around Arizona. Deliveries are early morning store drops. Weekend deliveries are rare, and on local Arizona loads you may even pick up an extra day at home during the week.

WHAT YOU'LL HANDLE

You'll pull liftgate trailers loaded roughly 80% with rotocarts and 20% loose boxes. Roll carts help you down-stack pallets and unload, and most stops take about 1 to 2 hours. It's hands-on work, but the carts keep it manageable.

HOW TO GET STARTED

- A valid Class A CDL

- At least 120 hours of CDL training

- No driving experience needed

- Urine and hair follicle drug screening

- An active profile in the federal drug and alcohol clearinghouse

- Background details come up later in the process, like any normal hiring step

THE PERKS

Medical, vision and dental coverage, paid time off and a 401(k) with company match.
