Perform mechanical assembly of components, wire harnesses and cable assemblies.

Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely.

Clean and prepare components before assembly.

Identify and connect wires accurately according to specifications.

Support new product introductions and first-time production runs.

Assist with inventory activities, material handling and stock counts.

Meet daily production and quality targets.

Follow safety and work procedures at all times.

Participate in process improvement and team activities.

Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
