• The Schedule: Night dispatches (8:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | Rotating schedule: 6 days on/34-hr reset, then 5 days on/2 days off | Includes weekends (heavy days Wed–Sat).
• The Money: Average ~$1,180 to $1,290+ per week (Up to $70,000 annual potential) + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus.
• The Pay Mechanics:
  • Higher of Base CPM ($0.45 – $0.54 CPM) OR Mileage Band Pay ($41 – $96 per trip)
  • $20 stop pay (~1,250 avg miles/wk)
  • Paid training ($50 classroom day / $100/day ride-along)
• The Route: Dispatch out of Henderson, NC delivering refrigerated loads to store locations in SC, NC, TN, and VA (within 300 miles).
• The Freight: 100% No-Touch Reefer | 1–3 routes daily with 1–3 stops per run.
• The Fleet: Slip-seat International, Freightliner, and Kenworth day cabs (must have daily personal commute to DC).

QUALIFICATIONS & SCREENING

• Active Class A CDL with 3+ months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Pre-employment DOT Drug Screen (urine and hair follicle).
• Customer service mindset (ensuring store receiving sign-off on arrival).
