NOC Engineer - 24/7 Rotation Shift
- Deploy, configure, and upgrade cybersecurity solutions (Firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Web Proxy, Email Security, IAM).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network and security issues (TCP/IP, NAT, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, RADIUS).
- Work closely with customers to analyze security requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams on cybersecurity products.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, hacking techniques, and best practices to improve security measures.
- Assist in pre-sales and technical consultation, including product demonstrations and tender compliance.
- Obtain and maintain technical certifications in cybersecurity technologies to enhance expertise.
Monitor Server and Network Infrastructure including wireless access points, security controllers, security devices - and switches with Cisco Prime, Splunk, SolarWinds, CA Spectrum, eG Monitoring and AWS CloudWatch.
- Proactively configured Cisco switches and interfaced directly with Network Teams to expedite the resolution of VLAN issues, optimizing network performance and security.
- Conduct batch job monitoring, health checks, and change activity coordination in alignment with daily operational
- meetings and DR readiness ensuring Business Continuity.
- Maintain vigilant monitoring of AWS CloudWatch and security alerts for GCC devices and websites, enabling early threat detection and rapid response to minimize security risks and maintain data integrity.
