NOC Engineer/Network Engineer

Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month

• Provide shift work NOC operations, such as remote hand service, customer support, hotline, etc;

• Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled NOC maintenance, structure cable installation, cross connect installation, rack installation, etc;

• Escort customer/vendor for Data Halls visit;

• Escalate problem / incident to 􀆟er 2 engineers or shift manager.

• Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers’ IT equipment move-in or testing ;

• Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset list …etc;

• Temperature monitoring

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or higher in IT/Network/Communication related subject;

• Good working attitude;

• Related experience in IT/Network/Communication industry;
