NOC Engineer

• Confirm availability of Authorities’ Permits, NOCs, and approved drawings on site. • Prepare all documents and test results required for the municipality structural inspection, through coordination with Site Engineers and Site QAQC Department • Ensure Nurol structural inspections are completed prior to the municipality inspections. • Submit the inspection request for the Municipality Engineer. • Carry out the structural inspection with the Municipality Engineer. • Carry out inspections with local authority engineers • Update the site team with any new Authorities regulations or instructions in coordination with ALEC Authorities Manager. • Secure all required construction NOCs and permits. • Prepare all the Authorities documents required for the project closing out and obtaining Authorities Building Completion Certificate (BCC). • Attend the Authorities Department internal meetings and prepare all the periodical reports. • Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders to secure approvals and delivery on time. • Comply with Nurol culture, strategy, values, code of conduct and corporate polices.

• BSc in Civil Engineering • Proven 2-5 years’ experience as an Authorities Liaison Engineer in Construction Industry in AD. • UAE SOE Membership • Proven Experience with AD Authorities Portals: IPS, ITC portal, ADDC portal, MEPS-TAMM etc. • Proven experience with AD Local Authorities, including but not limited to ADM Municipality, Civil Défence, ITC, DU, ADNOC, Tabreed, ADDC, ETISALAT etc. • ADM Municipality Accreditation. • Equivalency for your certificate in UAE.
