Node.js Backend Developer

We are seeking an experienced Node.js Backend Developer with strong expertise in NestJS, MySQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis to design and implement scalable backend services. The ideal candidate will build efficient APIs, manage real-time data pipelines, and ensure system reliability in a high-performance environment while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and NestJS.

Build and optimize RESTful APIs for web and mobile clients.

Work with MySQL databases including schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures.

Implement message-driven architectures using RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing and inter-service communication.

Utilize Redis for caching, session management, and queueing to enhance performance.

Ensure system scalability, reliability, and fault-tolerance across backend services.

Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT or OAuth2.

Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and consistency.

Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams in an Agile development environment.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance in production.

Perform related tasks as assigned by management in alignment with role scope.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institute.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional backend development experience using Node.js.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Node.js and NestJS frameworks

Strong knowledge of MySQL, Redis, and RabbitMQ

Experience with RESTful API design, JWT/OAuth2, and Git

Understanding of scalable architectures and microservices

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
