• Work and discuss with customers to understand requirements when the project is deployed
• Manage and closely monitor the work of the team
• Guide and train new members
• Propose technical solutions, write code conventions... for the project

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with deep expertise in backend languages.
• Strong database administration skills, especially with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with integration systems, including data transfer methods such as FTP and REST APIs.
• Basic experience with AWS and Serverless frameworks (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway) to support cloud-based solutions.
• Solid understanding of best practices in backend development, including security, scalability, and reliability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
