NON IT Workstream Project Manager
Summary
Oversees migration of a government business unit’s IPB operations, planning workstreams, tracking progress, and managing stakeholder communications for a 2027 deadline.

Job Purpose:
Delivery execution, planning, dependency management (9am to 6pm SGT)
Job Background/context:
This is a Workstream Project Manager role to support Project Anchor, which is migration of IPB business from one legal entity to another, targeting completion by H1 FY27
Key Responsibilities:
- Workstream Planning & Execution: Manage day-to-day delivery across assigned Anchor workstreams, maintaining detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Prepare status updates, dashboards, and meeting packs for internal stakeholders; facilitate workstream stand-ups and working group sessions to maintain momentum and resolve blockers.
- Dependency & Change Management: Monitor intra- and inter-workstream dependencies, assess the impact of scope changes, and ensure change requests are properly documented and approved through the governance process.
Person Specification
Knowledge/Experience:
Essential Project Management/Business Analyst with experience of 5+ years
Desirable Prior experience as Project Management Officer

Competencies (soft skills you are looking for in a candidate)
- This is a middle office role, equivalent to C13 internal ranks
