Non-Journeyman Cook

Performs a variety of cooking and re-thermalization duties in accordance with the approved menus, food production guidelines, standardized recipes, and department policies and procedures. Maintains a high standard of sanitation and cleanliness in the Food Service area in compliance with Provincial Public Health Regulations, Food Safe Standards and Provincial Long Term Care Accommodation Standards. Performs other related duties as assigned/required.
