We are expanding its non-Linguistic Quality Control (QC) team to support some of the world's leading pharmaceutical and CRO clients, and we're looking for detail-obsessed QC specialists who take real pride in catching what others miss. What you'll do
  • Perform Quality Control of translations into English for pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and clinical content.
  • Ideal candidate brings experience with clinical/regulatory documents (medical reports, protocols, synopses, ICF, discharge and study reports, SmPC, PIL, medical literature, linguistic validation) or pharmacovigilance documents (SAE/AE, PSURs, SUSARs, ICSRs, DSUR, RMP)
  • Use CAT tools (XTM preferred) and run QC checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Validate formatting, numbers, dates, units, terminology, and adherence to instructions.
  • Support processing of non-editable/handwritten sources and perform formatting QC after conversion.
  • Self-assign work according to availability via Open Offers and meet urgent TATs (typically 12–24 hours).
  • Handle high volume split across multiple small files; document and report discrepancies.
  • Cross-collaboration with PMs and escalate risks promptly.
Requirements
  • Mandatory experience with CAT tools: XTM, Trados, MemoQ, Phrase or others.
  • Experience with QA checks: Xbench, Verifika, or CAT-integrated QA.
  • Experience with Track Changes function in Word.
  • Minimum 6 months as a Language QA specialist in localization.
  • Advanced English level, min. C1
  • Availability of 4–5 hours per day; willing to work weekends and bank holidays.
  • Able to meet urgent TATs (12–24 hours) and manage many small files.
  • Willing to complete the QC test and follow staged onboarding.
  • Prior experience with a similar QC role at an LSP is a strong plus.
