Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation of NetSuite for NFP clients, including system configuration, data migration, system testing and user training.
  • Understand NFP business processes and requirements, translate those into NetSuite solutions and implement them effectively.
  • Provide consultancy and technical support to our NFP clients during and after the NetSuite implementation process, ensuring that their needs and objectives are met.
  • Generate value for our NFP clients by leveraging NetSuite to improve their operational efficiency and financial reporting.
  • Develop NFP specific standardized procedures for operations with NetSuite.
  • Coordinate with technical team and stakeholders during the design and testing processes of NetSuite functionalities.
  • Provide training to NFP staff on the proficient usage of NetSuite.
  • Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations, promoting paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools, participating in recycling initiatives to minimize paper use, and consistently demonstrate alignment with BPM’s values.

Requirements:

  • Experience in end-to-end implementations in NetSuite
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of NFP-specific modules in NetSuite, such as Fund Accounting, Grant Management, Revenue Restriction Management, Pledge Management, and Fundraising.
  • An innate understanding of NFP Segmentation and overall financial structure.
  • Experience with NFP SuiteApps such as but not limited to Labor Expense Allocation.
  • Understand the unique needs and processes of the NFP sector and translate these into customized NetSuite solutions.
  • Facilitate effective data migration from existing systems to NetSuite, ensuring that all NFP module requirements are adequately met and configured.
  • Provide in-depth training to NFP staff on the use of NetSuite modules.
  • Develop and standardize NFP-specific operation procedures within NetSuite.
  • Leverage NetSuite to improve operational efficiency of NFPs, focusing specifically on modules like Donor Management, Nonprofit Financial, and Program Management.
  • Coordinate with technical teams during the design, testing, and implementation process of NetSuite modules.
  • Provide post-implementation support and consultancy to NFP clients to ensure smooth transition and optimal use of NetSuite modules.
  • For applicants in Canada, this position may involve travel to the United States. Therefore, said candidates must be eligible to travel to the United States for client engagements
