Detailed description of work task to be carried out

Hands-on Project Manager with a PMI certification who can lead projects end-to-end as the sole PM. You’re comfortable switching between structured Waterfall delivery and Agile execution — especially where governance, documentation, and control matter. Understanding of cloud (like Azure) and cybersecurity domain is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

- Initiate, plan and deliver transformation and integration projects in Azure cloud and cybersecurity domains

- Own full project lifecycle (scope, plan, budget, risks, stakeholders)

- Deliver projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches, depending on the project

- Apply structured Waterfall practices (clear phases, documentation, change control, governance)

- Run Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where appropriate

- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, cloud, business and security

- Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance requirements

- Provide clear reporting, risk management, and decision support to stakeholders

Must-have knowledge and experience

Requirements
- PMI certification (CAMP or preferred PMP)
- Strong experience in both Waterfall and Agile delivery
- Proven experience as a sole Project Manager on IT projects
- Experience in IT transformation / integration projects
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- An understanding of Cloud and Cybersecurity domains, like:

• Firewalls (FW), Proxy solutions
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Database Activity Monitoring
• Endpoint Protection
• Security Monitoring
• Vulnerability management, Security baselines
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Network Security
• Azure Cloud Architecture

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

- Experience in financial sector is a plus
