North Africa Middle East Strategy Coordinator

Our ministry is focused on engaging the unreached people groups across North Africa and the Middle East with the gospel starting in Egypt. We accomplish this by seeking to see one healthy house church planted for every 1000 people among the people groups that we focus on. We also have an emphasis of broad and bold gospel sharing with the vision of seeing everyone in the Middle East and North Africa get the opportunity to hear the gospel at least once in their lifetime. Finally, much of our energy is spent training believers and churches in this region to take the gospel to their own people and see the first two goals accomplished to the glory of God.

The position is that of being a Strategy Coordinator (SC) whose primary responsibility is first to learn Arabic. Following this, the SC will select a target people group to engage, and he or she will participate in weekly evangelism among that people group. The SC will also spend much time training local believers and churches to engage that people group with the gospel and a church planting strategy. Finally, the SC will network across the country in order to find more believers, churches, and ministries to train in evangelism and church planting.
