Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative | Gaming
Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative for an international gaming project based in Larnaca, Cyprus.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced customer support team assisting players with account inquiries, platform navigation, and technical troubleshooting. You’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting users in the Norwegian market.
Your Role
Deliver high-quality customer support via email, chat, and other communication channels
Assist customers with account-related inquiries and platform navigation
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience
Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required
Follow company procedures, quality standards, and data security policies
Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction and service quality
Your Qualifications
Native-level fluency in Norwegian
Good command of English
Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a contact center environment is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Full-time employment
Monday to Friday schedule
Rotating shifts between approximately 09:00 and 19:30
